Truck Seat Fabric Collared Coat

These statement coats are constructed from upholstery fabric that was originally distributed as seat covers for trucks in India. The rich colors and beautiful texture inspired Puebco's designer to decide to make colorful coats with it.  Meant to be worn as an oversized look, the coats are intended for a unisex fit.

Since its founding in Japan in 2007, the brand has operated on a core conviction: that the most interesting materials are those that already have a life behind them.  Puebco works with salvaged and reclaimed sources — recycled military tents and clothing, decommissioned mail bags, truck upholstery, and repurposed parachutes — redesigned into garments, bags, rugs, and home goods. Made in small batches to keep overproduction minimal and each run intentional.
